PEAK SEASON
Our peak season is Spring and Summer. It starts on June 17, 2023, and continues through Labor Day weekend. There is an additional charge for groups larger than eight. The week of July 4 is priced at a premium week.

3 day minimum, up to 8 persons, main house only.

Additional Charges
- Dogs when approved, are $100 per dog. We do not allow other pets.
- Additional Guest Fee – $15
- Cleaning charge of $200
- Taxes are 6% in Michigan
- Add 4% to all Visa and MasterCard charges. no charge for using Quickpay
- The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure.
- $400 of payment is due at time of booking.
- During peak season-Total payment is due upon booking.
